We had a FANTASTIC experience using Mastercraft floors. Marc, the owner, walked us through a variety of options and helped keep us in budget about what made sense. We needed new carpet, a gym floor installed and wood floors refinished on a super tight timeline. Marc’s team worked fast and with excellence to make our home feel like home. They also noticed we needed a better transition piece between the doors and hallway because the original floor had the carpet come out too far. They quickly went to work making custom wood pieces so the finish product would be seamless. Avoid the big box store and get the quality and customer service of this amazing small business.

Marc and his team have been an absolute pleasure to work with. He has been completely transparent with costs and his estimates (and actual costs) were the most competitive after shopping around. He didn't have to adjust his price based on competitive pressure, his was the best price from the beginning and the only time the price was adjusted was after we decided we wanted glued down floors in our basement instead of the straight forward click and lock (vinyl plank etc). We had some very complex flooring issues to deal with and I feel he's guided us well through the entire process - thank you.

We visited Marc at the Mastercraft showroom several times trying to decide on what flooring to install. He was extremely helpful. Our install started on Aug 18 and took 2 days to do the entire downstairs: 2 bedrooms, family room and hall. Outstanding support from the foreman and his crew. Marc stopped by at the start, at the end of day 1, and at the end of day 2 when the project was done. Most highly recommended for a cost-effective, professionally installed flooring project.

What an honest company! Had a small house fire and the cleaning company felt the wood floor needed replacement. Marc came out and he could have had an insurance job to replace the flooring but instead she gave advise on what cleaning products to use. So trust worthy! They do commercial and residential flooring.
